  • Valéria Kršiaková

    Valéria Kršiaková is an art historian focusing on the history and theory of painting, photography, and applied arts in the early 20th century in the context of Central Europe. She studied art history at Comenius University in Bratislava and continued in the masters’ program in art history at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno and Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. At present, she is working as an junior curator or modern painting at the Slovak National Gallery and also is an external curator of applied photography at the Slovak Museum of Design.
